Royal Mail Golf Day – Bowood Park

On Sunday myself and Mike played in the royal mail golf day at Bowood park in Cornwall. The format was drawn partners and texas scramble, I was very happy with my game, myself and partner Paul played very consistently and scored a net 69.4 to win by two shots.

Highlight of the day was committee member Gary Cooper being presented with his new putter which he looks delighted with and I’m sure he will be putting to good use round Elfordleigh soon ..

Junior Coaching

Yealmpstone school visited Elfordleigh this week for some putting and full swing coaching.

The weather was fantastic for the time of year and all the children had a brilliant time..
